Welcome to the DataStax BI Platform! In order to protect your legitimate rights and interests and improve your service experience, please read carefully and fully understand the following terms and treaties (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). This Agreement details the rules and conditions for using this platform's services. If you choose to register, access or use this platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree, please do not register or use this platform service.

If you are under 18 years old, you need to obtain written consent from your parents or legal guardians before using the services of this platform. Any behavior related to the platform shall be deemed as your complete understanding and acceptance of this agreement.

Chapter 1: Protection of User Personal Information

1. Confidentiality principle DataStax BI platform is committed to protecting the personal information of users and merchants. All user data is stored and transmitted using high-strength encryption technology to ensure information security. If information is leaked without explicit authorization from the user, the platform will hold the relevant responsible parties legally accountable.
2. Provide necessary information When registering an account, users are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to mobile phone numbers and email addresses. Failure to provide necessary information may result in restricted or interrupted service functionality.
3. Right to modify information Users can update their account information at any time. However, in order to ensure account security, certain sensitive information (such as phone numbers) must undergo verification procedures before being modified.
4. Data security measures The platform protects user data through multi-level security technology, encryption programs, and strict management systems. Any unauthorized access or abuse will be severely punished.
5. Information Disclosure Without the explicit consent of the user, the platform will not disclose user information to unrelated third parties, unless required by laws and regulations or requested by government departments for compliance.
6. Protection of Minors Users under the age of 18 must obtain the consent of their guardian before using the services of this platform. Guardians are responsible for the behavior of minors on the platform.

Chapter 2: User Responsibilities and Task Execution

1. Task completion requirements Users are required to complete all tasks specified by the platform, including promotion, interaction, or other designated content, before applying for withdrawal. Any behavior that fails to complete the task will result in the withdrawal request being rejected.
2. Withdrawal rules -Withdrawal restriction: Users cannot apply for withdrawals until all tasks have been completed. Any behavior that bypasses the rules will be considered a violation of the agreement.
-VIP level withdrawal limit:
-VIP1-VIP2 users have a daily withdrawal limit of $100000;
-VIP3-VIP4 users have a daily withdrawal limit of $1000000;
-VIP5-VIIP6 and above users have no withdrawal limit.
-Withdrawal restrictions during task execution: Withdrawals or refunds cannot be requested during the task execution process.
3. High withdrawal process Users who make their first single withdrawal exceeding $100000 must follow the platform's guidelines to open a large withdrawal channel. Users who have completed the process do not need to repeat the operation.
4. Task Execution and Deadline -All tasks must be completed strictly in accordance with the platform's guidance and must not be modified or skipped at will.
-The task must be completed within 24 hours after publication, and any delay requires approval for extension.
5. Credit score requirements Users need to have a credit score higher than 100 points to apply for withdrawals. Credit scores can be improved through completing tasks or other means.
6. Overdue fees If the user fails to complete the task within the specified time, the platform has the right to freeze the account funds for 48 hours. Beyond this deadline, there may be overdue fees, and the specific standards shall be subject to the platform's notification.
7. Reset Task -After completing a set of optimization tasks, users can choose to apply for full withdrawal or reset the next set of tasks using their balance.
-Account reset requires a minimum recharge of $100.

Chapter 3: Fund Management and Recharge Rules

1. Account fund security All funds will be securely stored by the platform system and can be fully withdrawn upon completion of the task. If unexpected financial losses occur, the platform will bear full responsibility.
2. Recharge rules -The recharge amount is chosen by the user themselves. It is recommended that users recharge based on their personal financial ability.
-Users must obtain and confirm the merchant's cryptocurrency payment address from online customer service before recharging. The platform shall not be held responsible for any losses caused by recharging to the wrong account.
-If the account displays a negative number, the user needs to recharge the negative amount to complete the task reset.

Chapter 4: Task Orders and User Responsibilities

1. Product optimization rules -The platform will regularly update product data. If a certain product is not optimized within the specified time, the relevant data will not be uploaded by the system.
-Users need to complete the optimization within 24 hours after receiving the task. Exceeding the deadline may result in complaints from merchants or order freezing.
2. User behavior norms -Users must use the platform's functions in a legal and compliant manner, and are prohibited from publishing false information, abusing functions, or engaging in other behaviors that harm the platform's interests.
-Violations include but are not limited to: failure to complete tasks as required, posting false content, or engaging in illegal activities. Violators will have their accounts permanently banned.

Chapter 5: Invitation and Promotion

1. Invitation mechanism -After 14 days of registration or upgrading to VIP3 membership through an invitation code, new users can start inviting other users to join the platform.
-Users will receive a 20% referral bonus by inviting recommenders.
2. Promotion activity requirements All promotional activities must comply with platform regulations and must not exaggerate or mislead others. If disputes arise due to promotional activities, the platform has the right to cancel rewards and suspend relevant accounts.
Chapter 6: Interpretation and Amendment of Terms
1. Effectiveness and Amendment of the Agreement This agreement shall come into effect upon user registration and shall become invalid upon user account cancellation or platform termination of services. The platform has the right to modify the content of the agreement as needed, and the modified terms will be notified to users through a public announcement.
2. Service interruption and termination The platform may suspend or terminate services in the following situations:
-The user seriously violates the agreement;
-User behavior has a significant adverse impact on the platform or other users;
-Due to force majeure events, the platform is unable to operate normally.
